Payment for Services

Payment is required at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made with our billing department. We accept payment in the forms of cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. If you have insurance for the types of services we provide, we will submit an insurance claim for you or provide you with the information you will need to submit a claim on your own.

If you need treatment as a result of an auto accident or workers compensation case, please contact our office to discuss your situation. We may be able to help make financial arrangements to assist you in receiving care.

Dr. Redfern is often able to provide treatment that alleviates the need for expensive pain medications and other types of costly treatment. The patient may be taking pain medications that can cause serious side effects that add to the patient’s discomfort.  Reduction in pain may allow the patient to seek or return to employment. Many patients enjoy a big improvement in the quality of their lives when chronic pain is finally reduced or in some cases even fully eliminated. It is hard to place a monetary value on these types of benefits. Our greatest reward is helping people return to normal, active lives.
